In order to provide the most accurate and comprehensive mold remediation and removal estimates, your Xact Pros® representative may ask for the following documentation:
- Matterport, docusketch, or a floorplan provided in xactimate that include all continuous surface areas
- Photos of damaged areas including cross references of sheathing
- Equipment used during mitigation
- Brief summary of the scope of repairs
- Insurance estimate if provided
- Contact information for the project manager in case of questions
- Signed terms of service
